1941 BRITISH ARMY DISPATCH COAT
1941 BRITISH ARMY DISPATCH COAT
Extremely rare 1941 British army dispatch rider’s coat worn by armed forces to deliver urgent orders and messages between headquarters and military units during WWII. This version was superseded by the more common 1942 pattern. The British military dispatch riders often used Triumph, Norton, BSA, Matchless and Ariel motorcycles to complete their missions. This historic coat was built to not only weather the harshest conditions but also the test of time...a must-have for any serious collector.
